I am originally from wales where I worked as an apprentice electrician while working in bars on caravan site during the summer season this is where I found my love of bartending. This took me to the bright lights of Leeds were I worked in comedy clubs/ student venues & dive bars for a number of years eventually finding my way to Liverpool where I got involved in the world of independent bars and cocktail competitions.
